UC is on a 13-4 run, sparked by Rashad Bishop, who now has a career high 20 points. He has scored the last five points for the Bearcats. UC just announced that the West Virginia game on Saturday is sold out.

UC 47, Rutgers 40 – 7:49 2nd half
UC has played much better defense this half, forcing 7 turnovers after getting just 4 in the first half. The Bearcats used a 7-0 run with the aid of a technical foul by Rutgers coach Mike Rice to open a 9-point lead.

Rutgers 32, UC 31 – 15:59 2nd half
UC has started the second half by going 0-for-4 and turning the ball over twice. Rutgers isn’t much better, going 1-for-5 with two turnovers.

West Virginia game almost sold out
They just announced here that only 200 tickets remain for Saturday’s game against West Virginia.

UC 31, Rutgers 30 – halftime
The Bearcats outscored Rutgers, 11-4, in the final 4:42 of the half. UC is shooting 52.4 percent, Rutgers 50 percent. Not sure either of these teams can keep that up.
